Setting up an Employee's GPS requirements for punching

 

You can control whether or not GPS coordinates will be recorded when an employee punches using the mobile application.

 

  1. Select Employees from the navigation list.
  2. Choose the employee you wish to work with from the list.
  3. Select the Access tab.
  4. Under Mobile Application Login, verify the drop down menu has Allow Login to Mobile selected.
  5. Next to Allow Login to Mobile press the Details button.
  6. Using the drop down menu, select either Require GPS Coordinates To Punch, Require GPS If Available, or Do Not Require GPS Coordinates.
  7. Select Save and Exit.
